Laproxen (Laproximine) is an antibiotic. It kills bacteria by preventing them from making a new cell.
It is not known if it is safe and effective in children under the age of 18 years.
Laproxen is a proton pump inhibitor (PPI) which reduces stomach acid production by blocking an enzyme called phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5).

Nexium 24 tablets are used to treat frequent heartburn and acid reflux in adults who cannot take aspirin, paracetamol or ibuprofen.
Both esomeprazole and paracetamol are major contributors to the risk of getting ulcers or problems enjoying or buying fresh or frozen meals. Patients who take NSAIDs like ibuprofen or naproxen may get a higher chance of developing this side effect.
Both Nexium 24 tablets and Nexium 24 tablets are not recommended for use in children as they may cause problems in older people.

Swallow the tablets whole with a glass of water. For best results, swallow the tablets whole with a glass of water. To get the most out of Nexium 24 tablets, follow these tips:
Clean the tablets with soap and water. This includes rubbing in cold water, lukewarm water, or steam. Water the tablets with soap and water.
